Our proposals will target the highest levels of sustainability standards to make a long-term positive contribution to the area.

We will be targeting a BREEAM rating of Excellent – the highest possible sustainability rating and we will ensure steps are taken wherever possible in construction to reduce the embodied carbon of the building through sourcing low-carbon materials and reusing materials where possible.

The proposals will introduce significant improvements to the public realm and urban greening including where viable, green roofs (only accessible for maiantence and in the event of emergencies), planting and seating areas.
